How It Works & Fees
Drop me a message to arrange an initial free consultation (approx. 20mins), either by phone, video call or in-person, to discuss your project and potential timings.

During our consultation we'll review your needs, any challenges and discuss how I could best help you. We'll discuss options, outcomes, issues and pricing. ​

After our meeting, I'll share a proposal, based on what we discussed, and leave you to book when you're ready. There'll be no hard sale or obligation but I do suggest booking in advance for any date specific projects to avoid disappointment.

Pay As You Go
Ideal for new clients, those with simple one-off tasks or for occasional local errands.

Hourly rate starts from £20 per hour (min 1hr booking) and can be booked as & when needed, subject to availability.

Pay As You Go bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been made.
​
Additional charges may be incurred if the task takes significantly longer than initially agreed.

Monthly Package
For regular bookings, a monthly package is ideal. We can work together to agree on the right number of hours and services needs for a fixed amount.

This tailored plan will ensure you get the right help without worrying about hourly tracking.
​​​
Monthly clients will be given priority where my schedule allows however unused hours will not be carried over to the next month.

Block Booking Packages
Block booking packages can be purchased for 3, 5 or 7 hours starting from £55.
The hours can be used within 3 months of purchase giving client's the flexibility to spread the time over various tasks (minimum 1hr booking each time).

Additional hours can be purchased however hours not used within 3 months will be forfeited.

One Off Projects
For one-off projects, a clear pricing structure is important. It'll allow us to set expectations and manage our time schedule properly so there are no surprises - just great results.
A payment plan will be agreed in advance which will include a deposit and payment schedule. Each project will be individual and allow for additional costs not covered by the original agreement.

Clear deadlines will be established, with regular updates to cover any changes.
​Bookings are generally on a first come, first served basis, with monthly package clients given priority where possible, however in order to manage my schedule efficiently, flexibility may be applied on the timing of errands each day.

Travel within 10 miles of Buntingford High Street is included in the hourly rate, after which 55p per mile may be added.
